FURY — Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the FURY website and the visual engineering services we provide. By engaging with our studio, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Services FURY provides high-end visual engineering, including but not limited to synthetic media generation, architectural visualization, broadcast automation, and motion graphics. All projects will be governed by a specific Statement of Work (SOW) or contract agreed upon by both parties.

2. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• FURY retains the copyright and ownership of all raw files, project files, AI prompts, and proprietary node structures used to create the final deliverables.

• Upon full payment of the agreed project fees, the Client is granted an exclusive, global license to use the final rendered deliverables for their intended commercial purpose.

• FURY reserves the right to use all final deliverables for internal marketing, portfolio display, and case studies unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is explicitly signed before project commencement.

3. Payments and Deliverables

• Standard project commencement requires a non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) as outlined in the specific project proposal.

• Final files, high-resolution renders, and broadcast packages will only be delivered upon receipt of the final payment.

4. Revisions Revisions are strictly limited to the rounds specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions requested beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly engineering rate.

5. Limitation of Liability FURY is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our deliverables. Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project in question.
